*Note: Gift certificates cannot be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement from your extended health plan.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we request that you be respectful of the therapists’ time and cancel as soon as possible.  This will allow someone else the opportunity to receive a treatment and will avoid a loss of income for the therapist.

You may be  charged for your appointment if you cancel less than 12 hours beforehand.

Please note these treatments are only offered by certain therapists who are trained in these techniques. Please specify beforehand when you book your appointment.

Admin Fees

$16.95 / 15 min (report writing, duplicate receipts, correspondence with other professionals, etc.)
